Introduction to Virtual 5G

Virtual 5G is the first product under our new R&D division. It is a revolutionary product that allows you to generate your own 3G/4G network using only one router and up to 5 devices. Virtual 5G is designed for both home and business use, allowing you to have high-speed internet access anywhere in the world, even if there is no 3G/4G coverage nearby. Using the router & Virtual 5G unit, our customers can enjoy fast and uninterrupted connectivity by connecting unlimited mobile devices.Virtual 5G will be a network architecture designed to allow current networks and devices to be used on a wide variety of frequencies, including the spectrum between 3.5GHz and 38GHz. As such, it will rely on cloud-based technologies rather than dedicated hardware to implement. It is also expected that Virtual 5G will also allow other waves like millimeter wave (MMW) and unlicensed spectrum to be supported by using dynamic spectrum sharing concepts. Virtual 5G is a software-defined network technology that allows an operator to build a virtualised core network, which can make the existing physical LTE infrastructure operate as 5G infrastructure. This enables existing devices to connect directly to the Virtual 5G network, without needing any changes or upgrades; this includes access points and new handsets. Virtual 5G combines virtualization and network functions virtualization (NFV) to provide a software-controlled architecture that extends from the edge of the LTE network to a centralized NFV-based core. This architecture enables virtualized endpoints and applications to connect over XaaS networks, offering flexibility and choice for mobile operators. Virtual 5G is a new standard that aims to improve cellular coverage by increasing throughput and reducing congestion, which will enable more users to stream and download content without interruption. Although the standard hasn’t been finalized yet, software-defined networking (SDN) will play an important role in virtualizing 5G networks. Virtual 5G is a new wireless technology that emulates the speed and range of a 5G mobile network on your existing home broadband router. Virtual 5G enables you to connect multiple devices to the internet, including laptops, tablets and smartphones. Watch high-definition videos, play demanding games and download content with ease. Virtual 5G is a centralized connectivity solution that delivers the best QoE, QoS, and reliability in the market from a geographically distributed enterprise WLAN to the client. It merges multiple WLAN clients into one seamless network, sharing resources and acting as a single large AP (cell). Virtual 5G uses dynamic clustering algorithms to divide cells with local intelligence. Virtual 5G features higher throughput, lower latency, and greater reliability than physical 5G. It can be applied to diverse use cases that disrupt existing industry models, such as autonomous driving, network slicing and video delivery to multiple end points. Virtual 5G is a technology enabling a mobile communications service to be delivered over a broadband connection, such as fiber or WiFi, rather than through radio spectrum allocated to a mobile network operator. The technology relies on the use of special software-defined radio (SDR) hardware and software processing capabilities in edge devices. Virtual 5G takes advantage of the same chipset technology that is already used by other virtualization technologies. By implementing virtual machines on these silicon chips and using standard languages such as Java and .NET, it will be possible to use standard protocols and components from other systems such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth – enabling vendors to develop simple, lightweight APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for their products.
